Hen meat in many new facets

GalloSuisse and GalloCircle promote a sales strategy of hen meat products via direct marketing to egg producers. In phase I, ideal products are first selected, and then sent to egg producers by means of a tasting package and a questionnaire. Suisse Tier 21 (presentation in German).
