Presentation: Electronic Classification in Cattle
The industry organization Proviande classifies carcasses in slaughterhouses above a certain size. In a project work it was examined whether the classification device BCC-3 is suitable for the electronic CH-Tax classification and whether its approval can be applied for at the federal government.
